Return Policy
At J.Tyler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your jewelry, we offer exchanges or store credit on all standard, in-stock (non-customized) orders. Returns and exchanges are only available under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:
- All returns and exchanges must be sent back to J.Tyler within 7 days of delivery
- When returned, all items must be in their original packaging and without wear (free of any scratches or other damage).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all return shipments must have appropriate shipping insurance and tracking.
- Original shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit received.
To start a return or exchange, please email J.Tyler within 7 days your purchase was delivered. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Please allow 48 hours for a response, and you will receive a confirmation number with instructions for a return or exchange.
